Product Description

This semi-automatic Marking Machine is derived from the basic D01 pneumatic Dot Matrix Marking Machine. We've upgraded it into a lightweight, customized Pneumatic marking machine by adding cylinder clamps to the body, specifically designed for small hardware items such as water meters, ball valves, and faucets, as well as traceability codes, logos, and serial numbers on wheelchairs and folding chairs in the medical industry.

The standard delivery includes only a basic limit plate. Customers can customize tooling blocks according to the product's shape, and then directly drive the marking head via motion commands from Thorx-7/Thorx-9 software, or connect an external PLC for more complex linked cycles. We pre-reserve tooling mounting positions and screw holes according to customer drawings during the sheet metal cabinet stage, ensuring "ready to install upon cabinet arrival."

If a switch to contactless, more precise permanent marking is desired later, a small Laser Marking Machine module can be quickly embedded in the same cabinet, enabling dual-mode pneumatic and laser marking. This allows the flexible production line to smoothly upgrade from "dot matrix impact" to "ultraviolet cold light" without replacing the entire machine.
