This dual-head Pneumatic Dot Peen Marking Machine for wire reels is suitable for large metal wire reels such as Cables or pipes. It utilizes two marking heads, enabling simultaneous marking on both sides of the reel. After loading, a pneumatic clamp automatically clamps the reel for marking. One marking head is fixed, while the Other, using a servo motor, automatically moves the marking head into position for marking. To facilitate manual adjustment of the reel angle to align the marking with the die-cast embossed brand or manufacturer information, a roller supports the reel, allowing for easy manual rotation and adjustment. This configuration enables efficient marking of reels of all sizes.
