Integration Inline Dot Peen Marking Machine 80x50mm

This is our basic model for integration with robotic arms or power arms. It has a marking range of 80 x 50 mm and is currently primarily used for marking in the automotive assembly process. Typically, the user's MES system sends commands to the PLC in the corresponding process. The PLC then controls the robotic arm and issues marking instructions to the controller for automated marking. Alternatively, the hydraulic power arm can be used to manually adjust the marking position and issue instructions. The basic Thorx-6 software it uses is sufficient for these functions, and includes features such as automatic encoding, automatic code skipping, and duplicate code prevention. You can also upgrade to the more powerful Thorx-7 or 9 for marking specialized content such as QR codes with expanded content, or the Kingmark-8 system for input and marking in non-English languages.
