The Thorx-9 steel casing automatic Dot Peen Marking Machine system is designed for shipyards and is suitable for automatic coding marking of 170×30mm steel casing. The Dot Peen Marking Machine system adopts V-shaped base positioning, integrated lifting marking head and cylinder clamping mechanism, and is directly controlled by Thorx-9 software, and can achieve automatic marking without an external PLC. After marking, the cylinder pushes the casing to the ramp track for automatic unloading. If the customer is equipped with a PLC-controlled limit track, it can form a fully automatic assembly line to achieve unmanned operation. The In-line Pneumatic Dot Peen Marking Machine system has a compact structure and fast response. The single-piece marking cycle is ≤10 seconds, which significantly improves production efficiency and reduces labor costs. It is an ideal solution for batch casing marking.
