This desktop pneumatic roller steel bar rotating Dot Peen Marking Machine is suitable for marking cylindrical workpieces such as steel bars and steel pipes with a length of 300-2500mm, a diameter of 90-300mm, and a weight of 0-300kg. This Dot Peen Marking Machine uses a roller device including a servo motor and a planetary reducer to rotate the steel bar to mark the circumferential surface of the workpiece. The marking head is installed on a mobile platform, in which manual sliding is used in the X axis, so that customers can flexibly adjust the marking position on the workpiece and manually adjust its position; the Y axis uses a cylinder moving module, which will automatically retract after each marking so that customers can use equipment such as cranes to load and unload materials. When the Pneumatic Dot Peen Marking Machine starts marking, it will automatically extend the marking head to the limit position, so as to mark accurately.
