Due to its long needle core and amplitude, it is very suitable for marking uneven surfaces and is also used in some customized desktop Pneumatic marking machine systems for marking workpieces such as pipelines, valves, gears, etc. This type of long amplitude aluminum shell needle, like standard aluminum needles, defaults to using tungsten steel alloy with a hardness of 92 HRA to adapt to the identification and traceability identification of workpieces with a hardness of up to 60 HRC. In addition, we also provide reinforced needle cores made of imported tungsten carbide steel with a hardness of 96 HRA to meet the identification needs of workpieces with a hardness of up to 65 HRC, and can incorporate our proud special needle tip processing technology, such as using dual angle needle tips to achieve smoother marking effects, and Dot Peen Marking Machine using titanium plated or diamond inlaid needle tips to achieve higher hardness and durability.
