The high instantaneous energy and adjustable pulse width of the QCW laser significantly surpass conventional fiber laser galvanometer welding. Furthermore, the automatic QCW laser galvanometer welding machine achieves a smaller laser focus spot and a longer working distance than a platform welding machine, making it suitable for welding within a narrower workpiece range and producing finer weld marks.
