Product Description

The Gantry Automatic AOB Laser Welding Machine for Lithium Battery Pack is specifically designed for high-speed production lines of power battery packs. Its 800×600×400 mm travel gantry frame can be flexibly integrated into MES-controlled conveyor lines, similar to a Dot Peen Marking Machine, or it can be used for rapid line cutting via manual loading, similar to a traditional Pneumatic marking machine. The biaxial galvanometer achieves precision welds on aluminum, copper, and nickel tabs comparable to high-end laser Marking Machines, while simultaneously marking QR codes and serial numbers online. This dual-purpose machine boasts a cycle time of ≤0.8 s/point.

Compatibility Highlights

- Supports all battery cell specifications including 21700, 32700, 33140, 40135, and 4680, with a pressing Fixture pressure tolerance of ±3 N, essentially bringing the cylinder pressing precision of a pneumatic Marking Machine to a laser welding station.

- The high-speed galvanometer scanning head is natively integrated into the Laser Marking Machine platform, with a positioning accuracy of ±0.02 mm. It allows for "one-click material switching" between various tabs made of aluminum, copper, nickel, and silver—eliminating the need to change tungsten steel needles of different hardness as required by the Dot Peen Marking Machine.

- Open MES/PLC protocol, enabling automatic integration with existing PLC-controlled roller conveyors or AGVs; it can also revert to manual/robotic loading modes, allowing robots originally running the Marking Machine to be reused, saving on secondary integration costs.
