Product Description

QCW fiber lasers have high peak power and instantaneous power, and their single-pulse energy level is between that of MOPA fiber lasers and YAG lasers. Therefore, they are often used for laser welding that requires precision or high weld depth. Using QCW laser Marking Machines for vehicle identification numbers (VINs) is a relatively new application of this type of laser. Only a relatively entry-level 150W/1500W laser can achieve similar efficiency to 500W Mopa Fiber Laser marking, with better marking effects. A 150W/1500W QCW Laser Marking Machine can achieve efficiency that exceeds that of pneumatic dot matrix marking.
