This Flange Marking Machine is our standardized desktop horizontal rotary Flange Marking Machine with the addition of a pneumatic chuck rotary tooling and a photoelectric sensor. Its flange rotary tooling uses a planetary reducer and an automatic pneumatic chuck, which can automatically clamp and release the flange at the beginning and end of marking, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of flange rotary marking on automated production lines. The photoelectric sensor is used in conjunction with the robot to load and unload materials. During loading and unloading, it will sense whether there is a flange on the tooling. If not, the robot will load the material, and if so, it will unload the material. The Dot Peen Marking Machine function requires the machine to be connected to the PLC of the customer's production line to be implemented. By adding these two modules and communicating with the customer's production line PLC and MES system, the marking process efficiency of a single flange can be increased several times.
