This series of flange rotary Laser Marking Machine is developed by combining high-power MOPA laser with our traditional flange Dot Peen Marking Machine. The rotary Fixture of Laser Marking Machine is equipped with a planetary reducer to support flanges with heavier weight. The basic model can bear up to 200kg. Customized stronger motors and reducers can support special flanges or valves with a single weight of more than one ton. Although the efficiency of MOPA laser is still inferior to that of dot matrix marking system in terms of deep marking, it can use MOPA laser annealing to achieve high-contrast and easy-to-scan QR codes, and because of the non-contact laser marking method, it can recover the time spent on flexible marking of flanges of multiple specifications. In addition, it also has advantages in noise, emissions and Consumables. It is currently used by some flange manufacturers for 24*7 automated marking.
