Product Description

This economical UV "internal engraving" Laser Marking Machine, based on a conventional Marking Machine platform, replaces the existing equipment with a Gray UV laser and a control Board with internal engraving algorithms. Equipped with a 70×70 mm field Lens, it can complete true 3D pattern engraving within a 50×50×60 mm space inside glass, representing the most cost-effective solution for "internal engraving of crystal glass." The software allows for one-click import of STL/OBJ files, automatic slicing of tens of thousands of layers, and servo Z-axis micron-level lifting, instantly transforming the 2D Laser Marking Machine into a 3D "stereoprinter." If users still need to add depth serial numbers or anti-counterfeiting codes to the glass surface, a miniature Pneumatic marking machine can be added side-by-side, allowing for simultaneous switching between laser internal engraving and pneumatic external engraving without secondary clamping. One machine can handle both "visible 3D art" and "tangible traceability marking."
