Many factories now use
Laser Welding Machine, often featuring their own or their clients' logos on their products. However, many are new to Laser Welding Machine and have little understanding of their operation.
As a result, many
Automatic Platform Laser Welder manufacturers offer instruction, but some offer inadequate and unprofessional training, leading to inexperienced users.
1. Check the Automatic Platform Laser Welder's power plug to ensure it is properly connected and secure.
2. Insert the key switch and turn it 90° clockwise to the "On" position to connect the main power supply. The indicator light should illuminate.
3. Ensure the Automatic Platform Laser Welder's headlight button (emergency stop button) is pressed.
4. Turn on the computer monitor or desktop computer's main power switch.
5. Turn the red mushroom button in the direction of the arrow until it pops up. This will connect the Automatic Platform Laser Welder head to power. The Automatic Platform Laser Welder head should be operational after approximately one minute.
6. Remove the
Lens cap. The Automatic Platform Laser Welder is now powered on and can accept instructions from the operator for laser marking.
