As a core component of pipeline connections, the clarity and durability of flange markings directly affect equipment safety and traceability management. Traditional marking methods (such as inkjet printing and electro-corrosion) suffer from problems such as easy wear, low precision, and poor efficiency, making it difficult to meet the stringent requirements of high-end equipment manufacturing. Addressing customer pain points, Chuke Intelligent has launched its third-generation fiber laser flange Marking Machine. Utilizing a 20W high-power pulsed laser and a self-developed dynamic focusing system, it can achieve 0.01mm-level character engraving on flange surfaces with a diameter up to 2000mm, with depth uniformity error controlled within ±0.005mm and a marking lifespan exceeding 10 years, far surpassing industry standards.

In field testing, the equipment completed full-circumference marking (including a 20-digit serial number, production date, and QR code) on a DN800 flange in just 38 seconds, representing a 3-fold increase in efficiency compared to traditional methods. A customer's technical lead stated, "Chuke Intelligent's Marking Machines are not only fast, but more importantly, they can engrave directly on the oxide layer surface without pretreatment. A single machine can save us over 500,000 yuan annually in Consumables and labor costs."
"We are currently advancing the construction of a 'lights-out factory.' Chuke Intelligent's marking machines can not only operate independently but also be integrated into automated production lines, working collaboratively with robots and AGVs," revealed the customer's production director. The purchased equipment will be prioritized for deployment on their new energy equipment production line for marking high-pressure hydrogen storage tank flanges.

According to reports, Chuke Intelligent's R&D team spent three months working on-site at the customer's factory, recording over 2,000 sets of marking data, discovering that traditional equipment has "blind spots" in scenarios such as irregular flanges and curved surface marking. To address this, the team developed a five-axis linkage scanning galvanometer and surface compensation algorithm, enabling the equipment to automatically adapt to changes in flange taper and curvature, achieving a marking integrity rate of 99.9%. Currently, this technology has been applied to high-end scenarios such as wind turbine tower flanges and nuclear power main pipeline flanges, with customers including leading companies in the laptop, automotive, and aerospace industries.
