Laser Marking Machine exhibited by Chuke Intelligent attracted the attention of many Russian auto parts companies. The equipment can achieve a permanent QR code mark with a precision of 0.01 mm on the metal surface of the engine, meeting the needs of anti-counterfeiting and traceability, while supporting real-time updates of dynamic data and adapting to automated production lines. Chuke Intelligent's overseas technical director introduced during the on-site demonstration.

Through non-contact laser beams, the equipment can quickly remove oxides, oil stains and coatings on the metal surface, and the cleaning efficiency is 5 times higher than that of traditional chemical cleaning, and there is no wastewater discharge. On the first day of the exhibition, Chuke Intelligent reached a preliminary cooperation intention with a Russian automobile group to provide it with a customized solution for laser welding automated production lines. The solution integrates robot welding, visual inspection and data traceability systems, and can achieve 80 efficient stampings per minute, with an error control within 0.05 mm, which is 40% higher than the traditional process accuracy.
"Chinese equipment has obvious advantages in cost-effectiveness and customized services." A representative of the Russian Industrial Association pointed out, "Chuke Smart's solution can seamlessly connect to our automated production line, which is an important basis for cooperation between the two sides." According to Xiao Renmin, chairman of Chuke Smart, for the Russian market, the company has specially optimized the stability of the equipment in an extremely cold environment of -40℃, and developed a multi-language operating system in Russian, English and Chinese to help local companies improve the level of digital production.
As an important industrial city in western China, Chongqing's manufacturing genes are deeply rooted in the city's blood. Data shows that one in every two laptops and one in every five mobile phones in the world are produced in Chongqing, and its automobile and motorcycle parts industry is even larger than the rest of the country. This exhibition is not the first time that Chuke Smart has appeared on the international stage. In April 2025, the company brought new products such as fully automatic laser marking machines and
Handheld Laser Welding machines to the 137th Canton Fair. The products have been exported to Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia and other markets, and have successfully entered the high-end manufacturing fields such as new energy vehicles and aerospace.
